All items will be shipped as quickly as possible via Canada Post and shipping charges are billed to the customer. Please check the total charge for shipping before your final check out.
Returns
At Jumongous we believe in the quality of our product and we desire to meet the needs of our customers. We will gladly take back and offer a full refund (shipping will still be charged) on any unopened items. Unfortunately with the nature of our products we will not refund any opened product. If you encounter any defects or problems in any of our products please contact us and we will gladly discuss and rectify the situation.
